Cancellation Policy
I require at least 48 hours notice to cancel any appointments.
If your appointment cannot be rearranged the following will apply;
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will be required to pay 50% of your treatment price booked.
- Cancellations made on the day of your appointment will be required to pay 100% of your treatment price booked.
