What do I need to prepare for my appointment?
For most treatments, please ensure:
- A quiet, comfortable space
- Enough room for a treatment couch
- Access to a plug socket for holistic treatments
For nail and pedicure treatments, please provide:
- A table and two chairs
- Your own towels
How do I book an appointment?
Appointments can be booked via text, phone, or email.
Advance booking is recommended to secure your preferred date and time.
Do you offer evening and weekend appointments?
Evening appointments are available for holistic treatments only, by request.
Weekend appointments are available for couples massage and group bookings at holiday lodges or staycations.
Do you require a deposit payment?
Yes, deposits are required as follows:
20% non-refundable deposit for all group bookings
£10 deposit for individual bookings over £50, deducted from your treatment total on the day.
How do I pay?
Payment is accepted via:
- Cash
- Cheque
- Bank transfer
What is your cancellation policy?
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes, gift vouchers are available and make a thoughtful gift for any occasion.
Do you offer treatment courses?
Yes. Treatment courses and personalised skincare plans are available to support long-term skin health and wellbeing.
Can I combine beauty and holistic treatments in one visit?
Absolutely. Many clients choose to combine treatments for a complete pamper and relaxation experience.
Are your treatments suitable for sensitive skin or health conditions?

A full consultation is provided, and patch tests are available where required.
