How many people can be included in a group booking?
Group bookings typically accommodate 3-10 people. If your group is larger, this can be discussed in advance to ensure the best experience for everyone.
What treatments can we choose from?
You can select from a range of treatments including massage, facials, reflexology, and nail services. Many groups enjoy choosing a mix of treatments tailored to each individual.
Do all guests need to have the same treatment?
No, each guest can choose a treatment that suits their needs. A personalised approach ensures everyone gets the most from their experience.
How long will a group booking take?
The total time depends on the number of guests and treatments booked. As treatments are carried out individually, it’s best to allow a few hours for the full experience.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your group booking. This confirms your appointment and protects the time allocated.
Can we reschedule our group booking?
Group bookings can be rescheduled with sufficient notice. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if adequate notice is given.
Do you travel to us?
Yes, all group bookings are carried out in the comfort of your home or holiday accommodation, creating a relaxed and private setting.
What do we need to prepare?
A calm, comfortable space is ideal. For massage treatments, enough room for a couch setup is required. Towels and all equipment will be provided.
Can we create a spa-like atmosphere?
Absolutely. Many clients choose to enhance their experience with music, refreshments, and a cosy setting to create a truly relaxing environment.
Are group bookings suitable for everyone?
Most treatments can be adapted; however, a consultation will be completed for each guest to ensure treatments are safe and suitable for individual needs.
Group Booking Information & Policies
- A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
- Remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your booking.
- Bookings made within 2 weeks of booking date will be required to make full payment to confirm your booking.
- If your stay needs to be cancelled you can either rearrange your pamper booking or the following cancellation policy will apply.
- Cancellations made with 7 days or more notice will receive 100% refund excluding deposit payment.
- Cancellations made with 7 days or less notice will receive 50% refund excluding deposit payment.
- Any cancellations made within 48 hours of your booking will receive NO refund.
